At Pureframe, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, our return policy is here to assist you. Please read the following guidelines carefully.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS/REFUND

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original condition.
  • Original packaging, including all tags, instructions, and inserts, must be included.
  • Returns must be post-marked within 30 days of receiving the item.

We Cannot Accept Returns of:

  • Made-to-Order Products
  • Non-Returnable Products (or Products Marked "Final Sale")
  • Products not in their original condition and packaging
  • Open Box Items
  • Gift Cards

DAMAGED & DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us at hello@pureframe.com immediately. Do not attempt to repair or return the item before contacting us.
